DENMARK is a craft cocktail lounge on North High Street — part living art installation, part neighborhood sanctuary. We make everything from scratch: house bitters, infusions, syrups, and cocktails built with intention. It's the kind of place that feels like a secret worth keeping.

DENMARK hosts private happy hours, full lounge buyouts, and intimate North Lounge reservations for groups of 20 to 100. We're a bar first — so every event is built around exceptional cocktails, house-made ingredients, and genuine hospitality. A space that actually has a vibe. No banquet hall energy. Just great drinks and a crew that knows how to take care of people.

Cocktail Classes @ DENMARK
Hands-on. Small group. High craft.
DENMARK cocktail classes are small-group, hands-on sessions built around one idea: understanding how great drinks actually work.
In our 101 class, you'll make two cocktails of your choosing and learn the fundamentals of craft — technique, balance, and flavor.
Ready to go deeper? The 201 class teaches you to build original cocktails from foundational structures, so you can create with confidence long after you leave.
Groups of 6–25, available by reservation Wednesday through Saturday.
