DENMARK is Columbus’ home for an unparalleled cocktail experience. Overlooking High Street, guests can enjoy sips & bites in the open, cosmopolitan atmosphere of the 2nd floor bar and lounge. DENMARK produces unique, delicious cocktails for all palettes, utilizing custom liqueurs & cordials, house-made bitters, fresh juices and fascinating techniques. Our house concoctions & suggested classics rotate seasonally, so there is always a new beverage experience waiting.

DENMARK occupies the second floor of the Yankee Trader building just north of downtown Columbus OH. The bright, open and inviting space can easily accommodate up to 100 people and is open to the public Wednesday thru Saturday.
House-made Everything!
DENMARK prides itself on making as many ingredients in house as possible. We make all infusions, cordials, syrups, bitters, & tinctures in house from scratch.
Basically, if we can figure out how to make it, we will.
The result is a wide range of cocktails and flavors that you can only get at DENMARK.

Celebrate w/ us!!
From a few friends gathering to learn how to craft fine cocktails to eighty-person conference-opening blowouts to intimate, hassle-free weddings, DENMARK & its private events space, the Secret Cellar, can plan and accommodate an event that is sure to rank as a highlight of your year. We create great hors d’oeuvres spreads, craft signature event cocktails & provide many event planning services.
We would be glad to host a gathering upstairs in the lounge or create a private event for the Secret Cellar
Cocktail Classes
Learn from the best! A member of our talent bar staff will instruct the group through a hands-on cocktail demonstration where class members will mix (& consume) multiple beverages.
Book a private group for 8-20 people. Excellent for Holiday parties, birthdays, & team-building exercises.

Where to find us
We are located just north of downtown Columbus OH on High St directly across from the Columbus Convention Center. We occupy the 2nd floor of the Yankee Trader Building above Bareburger and next door to Barley's Brew Pub. The Hilton, Hyatt Regency, & Crown Plaza Hotels are all located within a few blocks
